Set some guidelines for yourself that fit YOUR life; maybe you only do 30 days, maybe you do 6 days a week? What is a “practice session”? What if you are really sick, do you do a make up day at the end? Don’t hurt yourself, respect your body. If you need to rest do score study or some deep listening instead. Do mental practice or research mental toughness strategies. Be dedicated to the goal of practicing your art everyday for a set amount of time, but there is more than one way to do that.

This is a fun challenge, to set up a more disciplined day to day to deepen your joy of making music.
